Respected Sir,

I the undersigned Farhan Ahmed Siddiqui S/o Late. Siddique Ahmed Age 28 years Occ: Pvt. Service (Accountant) R/o: 16-9-750/4, Ajanta Colony, old Malakpet, Hyderabad-36. That the above said land was purchased by my only elder brother Ahmed Siddiqui S/o Late. Siddique Ahmed from Mr. M.A Feroze S/o M.A Gaffar R/o H.No. 17-3-43/B Rain Bazaar, Yakutpura, Hyderabad in the year 2001. Through Absolute Agreement of Sale, and since then my brother is the owner and in possession of the said land.  And subsequently we got mutated my brother’s name in the municipal records and since then we are consuming electricity and has paid the charges up till date. As my brother got employment opportunity in U.A.E company in the year 2005, since then I am looking after all correspondence. On 1-12-2010 the above said persons illegally trespassed into the land and broke open the lock and entered into the premises with the help of Anti-social elements. And I came to know all the information through one of my neighbour who is residing in plot No. 367. On the information from my neighbour I went to the site and I saw the labourers working on the premises alongwith other people. When I stopped the labourers to work on the site then the above said persons argued by using most filthy language, warned and threatened me for the dire consequences, if I don’t left the premises then and there. Before leaving the premises when I confirmed the above person name they showed me the direction of the wall of the room, where the name and cell no. 9392402757 was already painted. By seeing all this I went to the area Police Station Pahadi Shareef, to lodge a complaint but shocking to me the police officials instead of looking into the matter and register a complaint they refused to take any complaint against the above said persons. As the above said person is a Corporator named by Masood Bin Mansoor Avalqi of AIMIM and having much influence and man power. Since then they are proceeding with the illegal construction on the above said land.

As the above said land is the life time investment of my father Late. Siddique Ahmed and favoured in my only elder brother’s name, as he worked in State Health Transport Organisation at S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad. After retirement he invested all his lifetime saving in the above said land. And my Late. Father’s only wish to establish a school in the name of Siddique Educational Society on the above said land for poor and needy people who can’t afford to educate their children. But unfortunate to us the land was grabbed and they want us to dispose off from the land.

Hence I approached this Authority having faith upon you to consider my application and to take necessary and strict action against the above said persons, and to stop the construction which is being carried out by the above said persons. Your immediate attention is highly appreciated.
